Evaporation Control: The self-buoyancy of the Aqua-float provides a more effective evaporation barrier compared to traditional shade cloths, such as our standard anti-algae covers, eliminating surface evaporation by up to 98%, increasing the reliability of your water storage tanks as well as the quality and clarity of water stored.

Rainwater Harvesting: The Aqua-float cover is not water impermeable, meaning rainwater can freely enter the tank, making this the ideal cover for rainwater harvesting systems, increasing the efficiency and sustainability for businesses, especially within the agricultural and horticultural sectors as well as reducing reliance on mains water supply.

Water Clarification: The opaque bottom layer of the cover blocks sunlight and prevents debris from entering, thereby inhibiting algae growth and other water contaminants.

What’s Included? The cover can be supplied individually or as part of a kit, which includes the Aqua-float cover along with ropes and weights to secure it during high winds while preserving its floating capability. We also recommend adding a reinforcing ring to all Aqua-float cover kits, which can serve as a tethering point.
