Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is a cost-effective membrane material available in a very wide range of specifications and colours. PVC liners are commonly reinforced with a high tenacity polyamide cloth that gives the membrane very high tensile properties.
We stock a variety of PVC material, with our Landflex® AS material being our PVC for tank liners.
What is Landflex® AS?
Landflex® AS is a plasticised PVC membrane with polyester fabric reinforcing to offer dimensional stability and tear resistance. This PVC Liner is adaptable to structural movements and remains flexible in low temperatures.
Key Properties of Landflex® AS
As well as being puncture and UV-resistant, Landflex® AS possesses:
- High tensile strength
- High tear resistance
- Superior flexibility
- Lightweight (900g/m2)
- Low-temperature performance (at – 30° Celsius)
As well as the above material properties, Landflex® AS also has a wide spectrum of chemical resistance and is particularly suitable for:
- Raw Water
